In an effort to update the regulatory framework for work health and safety in government construction projects, the Minister of Public Works (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 05/PRT/M/2014 of 2014 on Guidelines for Work Health and Safety Management Systems in Public Construction Works (“2014 Regulation”).
