OJK?s Levies Regulated

Government Regulation No. 11 of 2014 (“Regulation”) on Levies by the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) was recently issued to address the types and quantum of levies which OJK may collect from financial service institutions and professions working in the financial services industry.

The Regulation implements Article 37 (6) of the Law No. 21 of 2011 on the Financial Services Authority (OJK), which mandates that OJK levies – required to fund OJK’s operations – be regulated under a Government Regulation.
