New Regulation on Pension Age for Civil Servants

The Government has issued Regulation No. 19 of 2013 (“2013 Regulation”) on Fourth Amendment to Government Regulation No. 32 of 1979 (“1979 Regulation”) on Civil Servant Employment Cessation.

Prior to the 2013 Regulation, the 1979 Regulation has been amended by the following regulations:

a.	Government Regulation No. 1 of 1994, as the first amendment;
b.	Government Regulation No. 65 of 2008, as the second amendment; and
c.	Government Regulation No. 44 of 2011, as the third amendment (“2011 Regulation”).
