Public Holidays and Joint Leaves in 2013

The Minister of Religious Affairs, Minister of Labor and Transmigration, and Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucracy Reform has issued a Joint Decree on Public Holidays and Joint Leaves in 2013 (“Joint Decree”)

The Joint Decree is registered No. 5 of 2012 (at the Ministry of Religious Affairs); No. SKB.06/MEN/VII/2012 (at the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration); and No. 2 of 2012 (at the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucracy Reform).

The Joint Decree establishes 14 public holidays and five days of joint leave in 2013, to be complied by central/regional governmental and private institutions.
