Information Network for Manpower Supervision

Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Regulation No. PER.15/MEN/XI/2011 on the Information Network for Manpower Supervision (“Regulation 15/2001”) has been issued to implement Articles 34, 35, and 36 of Presidential Regulation No. 21 of 2010 on Manpower Supervision (“Perpres 21/2010”). Article 34 mandated the issuance of a ministerial decree to regulate the information network for Manpower Supervision.

The Regulation contains five chapters and 17 articles.

Article 1 defines key terms that are used throughout the Regulation. The terms are, among others, Information Network for Manpower Supervision (as elaborated on in Article 1 (1)); Manpower Supervision (as elaborated on in Article 1 (2)); Management of The Information Network for Manpower Supervision (as elaborated on in Article 1 (6)); and Manpower Supervision Data (as elaborated on in Article 1 (8)). The Regulation refers to the Director General of Manpower Supervision as “Director General” and the Directorate General of Manpower Supervision as “Directorate General”.
