Second Amendment to Regulation on Public-Private Partnerships for Infrastructure Development

Presidential Regulation No. 56 of 2011 on the Second Amendment to Presidential Regulation No. 67 of 2005 on Public-Private Partnerships for Infrastructure Development (“Regulation”) has been issued to accelerate infrastructure availability via public-private partnerships. It is also aimed at increasing national development.

The Regulation amends eight articles: Articles 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17A, 23. It also adds two new articles (Article 20A and 21A) and amends the appendix. Initially Public-Private Partnership for Infrastructure Development was regulated under Presidential Regulation No. 67 of 2005 (“Perpres 67/2005”). and was later amended by Presidential Regulation No. 13 of 2010 on the Amendment to Presidential Regulation No. 67 of 2005 on ("Perpres 13/3010"), the first amendment amended nine articles, added three new articles, and deletes one article of Perpres 67/2005.
