New SKK Migas PTK Framework: Expanded Contractor Powers and Tighter Partner Requirements

Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi — “SKK Migas”) has replaced the previous Work Procedures Guideline (Pedoman Tata Kerja — “PTK”) governing cooperation for managing portions of Working Areas to increase oil and gas production through Decree 23/2026, which adopts Revised-01 of PTK-023/SKKIA0000/2026/S9 (“2026 PTK”).
