Overview

The Government has recently enacted Regulation No. 30 of 2026 (“Regulation 30/2026”) on Types and Tariffs of Non-Tax State Revenue (Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak – “PNBP”) Applicable within the Ministry of Law (“Ministry”), which comprehensively revises the PNBP tariff structure for various legal services administered by the Ministry. Consequently, Regulation 30/2026 repeals and revokes certain PNBP types and tariffs previously provided under Regulation of the Government No. 45 of 2024 (“Regulation 45/2024”), which addressed the same matters as Regulation 30/2026.
