New Warehouse Receipt System Rules Mandate SNI Certification Across 30 Commodities: Existing Operators Required to Comply by 16 July 2027

The Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi – “Bappebti”) has issued Regulation No. 2 of 2026 (“Regulation 2/2026”) on the Determination of Warehouse Requirements for Goods Stored Through the Warehouse Receipt System (Sistem Resi Gudang – “SRG”), which has resulted in the simultaneous repeal and replacement of Regulation of Bappebti No. 2 of 2021 (“Regulation 2/2021”) on Technical Requirements for Controlled Atmosphere Storage (“CAS”) Warehouses.[1]
