Overview

Following up on the first part of this two-part edition of Indonesian Law Digest (“ILD”) on regulatory updates for financing institutions, venture capital companies (perusahaan modal ventura – “PMV”), microfinance institutions (lembaga keuangan mikro – “LKM”) and other financial services institutions (collectively referred to as “PVML”), this second and final part offers a more in-depth discussion of the various aspects of PVML organization. While the first part focused on the organization of financing companies and PMV, this second part addresses aspects of corporate governance practices, including risk management, human capital development and PVML supervision.
