Struggling with Liquidity? PNBP Leniency Now Available for Coal and Mineral License Holders

With the ultimate goal of optimizing the management of Non-Tax State Revenue (Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak – “PNBP”) at the Directorate-General of Minerals and Coal at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (“Directorate-General”), the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources has now introduced Regulation No. 9 of 2025 on Procedures for the Imposition, Calculation, Payment and/or Deposit of PNBP at the Directorate-General (“Regulation 9/2025”), which is set to come into force on 15 May 2025.[1]
