3 Regulatory Revoked Following Supporting Electricity Infrastructure

In bid to support the development of electricity infrastructure, the Minister of Industry ("Minister") has decided to revoke the Regulation of Minister No. 54/m-ind/per/3/2012 ("Regulation 54/2012") on Guidelines for the Utilization of Domestic Products for Electricity Infrastructure Development as Amended Several Times, Most recently with Regulation of the Minister No. 23 of 2023 ("Regulation 23/2023") on Second Amendment to Regulation 54/2012 on Guidelines for the Utilization of Domestic Products for Electricity Infrastructure Development, through issuance of the Regulation No. 33 of 2024 ("Regulation 33/2024"), which has been in force since 25 July 2024.
In essence, Regulation 33/2024 outlined the matters that have now been replaced and repealed as the following: 1) Regulation 54/2012; 2) Regulation of Ministry No. 05/M-IND/PER/2/2017 on Amendment to Ministry Regulation 54/2012; and 3) Regulation 23/2023.
