Proficiency Tests for Aviation Security Candidates Personnel Now Made Easier

The Director-General of Air Transportation at the Ministry of Transportation (“Director-General”) has issued Decree No. PR 20 DJPU of 2024 (“Decree 20/2024”) on Technical Guidelines for the Issuance of Aviation Security Personnel Licenses (“Technical Guidelines”), which has been in force since 20 June 2024.[1] Previously, the applicable Technical Guidelines were set out under Decree of the Director-General No. PR 19 of 2022, which bore the same title as Decree 20/2024 (“Decree 19/2022”) and which has now been repealed and replaced.[2]
