List of Refined, Bleached and Deodorized Palm Olein Brands with Net Weights of 25 kg Published for June 2024

  • As originally mandated under Regulation of the Minister of Trade ("Minister") No. 46 of 2022, the Minister has now issued a list of brands of packaged refined, bleached and deodorized palm olein products that are packaged in net weights of ≤ 25 kg ("Palm Olein Brands") through the issuance of Decree No. 663 of 2024 ("Decree 663/2024"), which has been in force since 1 June 2024.
  • The list of domestic and foreign Palm Olein Brands is comprehensively set out under Appendices I - II to Decree 663/2024 and broadly includes the following data: 1) Domestic Palm Olein Brands: 794 brands; and 2) Foreign Palm Olein Brands: 2041 brands.
  • It should be noted that the above-described list of Palm Olein Brands with the ex 1511.90.36 tariff post will be applicable between 1 June 2024 and 30 June 2024.
