List of Import Restricted Goods Updated

The Minister of Finance has issued Decree No. 15/KM.4/2024 on Import Restricted Goods Based on Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 7 of 2024 on the Second Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 36 of 2023 on Import Policies and Regulations, which has been in force since 6 May 2024.
The Decree implements a supervision regime for provisions that address various import restrictions, as set out under Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 7 of 2024 on the Second Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 36 of 2023 on Import Policies and Regulation, as well as for goods that are restricted from being imported under Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 8/KM.4/2024 on Goods Which Are Restricted from Being Imported Based on Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 36 of 2023 on Import Policies and Regulations.
These updated goods are listed under the Appendix to the Decree and include goods that fall under the following HS Codes: 1) ex.8471.30.90; 2) ex.3827.32.00; and 3) ex.3827.64.00.
