Foreign Company Representatives Now Eligible to Secure Limited-Stay Visas

In 2023, the Minister of Law and Human Rights (“Minister”) issued Regulation No. 22 of 2023 on Visas and Stay Permits (“Regulation 22/2023”) which, in essence, addressed a wide range of matters relating to the issuance of visas and stay permits, including limited-stay visas, limited-stay permits (Izin Tinggal Terbatas – “ITAS”), permanent-stay permits (Izin Tinggal Tetap – “ITAP”) and re-entry permits with certain validity periods (collectively referred to as “Golden Visas”).[1]  In this regard, it should be noted that Hukumonline’s Legal Research and Analysis Team previously summarized the various Golden Visa-related prerequisites that feature under Regulation 22/2023 in the following edition of Indonesian Legal Brief (“ILB”): “Govt.
