OJK Collaborates with BPK to Improve Supervision of Quality Control Within the Financial Services Industry

In order to improve the competency and quality of human resources as regards the carrying out of supervisory functions throughout the Financial Services Industry (Industri Jasa Keuangan/IJK), the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – "OJK") is pursuing a collaboration with the Financial Audit Agency (Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan/BPK). This new collaboration will manifest across various training programs and involve collaborations with national and international training institutions.
One of these new programs has been named Quality Control and Quality Assurance ("QCQA?) training and will be held at the Bali State Financial Audit Education and Training Agency (Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Pemeriksaan Keuangan Negara/Badiklat PKN) from 19 - 22 February 2024. The OJK is hoping that the participants in this training session will gain an understanding of the various concepts that underlie the area of quality management and will subsequently be able to identify and develop more effective QCQA mechanisms and tools within their respective sectors. _(ANT)
