INI Set to Collaborate with Lemhanas in Training and Education in National Values for Notaries Across the Nation

The Chairman of the Indonesian Notaries Association (Ikatan Notaris Indonesia - "INI"), Tri Firdaus Akbarsyah ("Chairman"), has affirmed that the recent collaboration with the National Resilience Agency (Lembaga Ketahanan Nasional - "Lemhannas") is aiming to strengthen notions of national identity and national values (Pemantapan Nilai-Nilai Kebangsaan – "Taplai") among the country’s notaries. In this regard, the Chairman has stated that this collaboration, which involves a cooperation contract between INI and Lemhanas, should serve to implement the authorities of notaries as they represent the government within the civil law sector.
The various programs that have been outlined under the aforementioned INI - Lemhanas contract include routine Taplai programs and sessions, through which Lemhanas will provide training and education to notaries regarding various national issues (e.g. national security, law enforcement and Taplai principles). The Taplai programs will be gradually rolled out to notaries across the country, while each training batch may accommodate up to 100 participants.
Similarly, the General Secretary of the Central Committee of INI, Agung Irianto ("General Secretary"), has also affirmed that INI is grateful for the productive collaboration with Lemhanas, which aims to ensure that notaries ultimately deepen their understanding of various national values and issues. Moreover, the General Secretary has expressed his hope that the aforementioned Taplai training programs may ultimately ensure that notaries across the country improve their integrity and leadership skills as they engage in their professional lives.
