KSEI to Provide Certain Incentives for Issuers of Debt/Sukuk Securities Through SCF until 31 December 2024

The Directors of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia have issued Decree No. KEP-0002/DIR/KSEI/0124 of 2024 on Exemptions for Payment Agent Task Implementation Fees for Debt Securities and/or Sukuk Issued as Securities Offerings Through Information Technology-Based Crowdfunding Services, which will apply from 19 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
In order to provide incentives to the issuers of debt securities and/or sukuk, PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI") has announced certain fee exemptions that relate to the duties of payment agents for Securities Crowdfunding ("SCF") in accordance with Regulation of KSEI No. VI-A on KSEI Service Fees.
Said fee waivers apply to all interest payments, profit-sharing incomes and incomes that include rights relating to the ownership of debt securities and/or sukuk that are issued through SCF, both during 2024 and between 1 January 2024 and 19 January 2024.
