Rental Prices Set for DKI Jakarta Advertising Locations for 2024 - 2026 Onwards

The Governor of DKI Jakarta has issued Regulation No. 51 of 2023 on Rental Pricing for Advertising (reklame) Locations ("Rental Prices"), which has been in force since 29 December 2023. The new regulation sets out a list of Rental Prices for billboards and digital advertising (i.e. Megatron/Videotron/large electronic displays) for 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 onwards. This list be found under the Appendix to the Regulation.
Rental Prices differ based on the sizes of advertisements, which range from 0 - 10m2/day to >100m2/day and are also divided up in accordance with the following road classifications: 1) Arteri/Protocol A (Main Road Route I); 2) Arteri/Protocol B (Main Road Route II); 3) Arteri/Protocol C (Main Road Route III); 4) Collector/Economy I (Secondary Route I); 5) Collector/Economy II (Secondary Route II); 6) Collector/Economy III (Secondary Route III); and 7) Local/environment.
