Overview

As addressed in the previous, end-of-year edition of Indonesian Law Digest (ILD), which was titled “2023 Regulatory Kaleidoscope: Regulations in Figures and Highlights,” 2023 proved to be an eventful one in terms of new regulatory frameworks, as could be seen through the issuance of a significant number of legal instruments. Many of the Regulations issued during 2023 were aimed toward the improvement and enhancement of existing legal instruments, however, various other frameworks are newer in nature and aim to realize improved ecosystems across a broad range of sectors.
