PNBP Types and Tariffs for Urgent Needs at the LKPP Introduced

Tax and Non-Tax Charges

The Minister of Finance recently introduced a new set of Non-Tax State Revenue (Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak – "PNBP") types and tariffs for urgent needs that are applicable at the National Public Procurement Agency (Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah – "LKPP") through the issuance of Regulation No. 117 of 2023 ("Regulation 117/2023"), which is set to come into force on 13 December 2023.
The applicable PNBP types and tariffs for urgent needs at the LKPP are set out under the Appendix to Regulation 117/2023 and encompass services for selections of goods/service providers through electronic procurement systems with contract values ranging from up to IDR 20 million to over IDR 50 billion.
It should also be noted that the above-described imposition of PNBP tariffs will be charged at a rate of Rp. 0 or 0% under certain conditions and specifically for micro-scale and small-scale businesses, as well as cooperatives.
