BUMN Issues Technical Guidelines for the Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation of Risk Management Reports

The Deputy of the Financial and Risk Management Department ("Deputy") at the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Negara – "BUMN") has issued Decree No. SK-7/DKU.MBU/2023 on Technical Guidelines for Risk Management Reporting by BUMN ("Decree 7/2023"), which covers various matters that specifically relate to the implementation of risk management by BUMN, including: 1) Monitoring and evaluation; 2) Reporting and documentation of submitted reports; and 3) Evaluation of reports that are submitted by BUMN
