Enforcement Date of Customs, Excise and Tax Provisions for Imports and Exports of Consigned Goods Revised

The Minister of Finance recently amended the enforcement date of Regulation No. 96 of 2023 on Customs, Excise and Tax Provisions for Imports and Exports of Consigned Goods ("Regulation 96/2023") through the issuance of Regulation No. 111 of 2023 ("Amendment").
The enforcement of Regulation 96/2023, which was originally stipulated to commence after sixty days from the date of its promulgation (i.e. 17 November 2023), has now been revised and the new regulation will, as a consequence, now come into force on 17 October 2023.
