Reference Price for CPO Set for October 2023

The Minister of Trade (“Minister”) has issued Decree No. 1698 of 2023 ("Decree 1698/2023") on the Reference Price for Crude Palm Oil (“CPO”) Subject to Export Duty and Service Tariffs at the General Services Agency of the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency ("Agency"), which has been in force since 1 October 2023.
Decree 1698/2023 determines a reference price for CPO subject to export duty and service tariffs at the Agency of US$ 827.37/MT.
It should also be noted that the above reference price will be applicable between 1 October 2023 and 15 October 2023.
