BI Revokes Certain Regulations as Adjustment to COVID-19 Pandemic

In the wake of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 ("COVID-19") pandemic status being recently ended by the government, Bank Indonesia ("BI") has issued Regulation No. 8 of 2023, which has been in force since 21 August 2023. This regulation revokes Regulation of BI No. 22/7/PBI/2020 on the Adjustment of the Implementation of BI Provisions as a Result of the COVID-19 Pandemic ("Regulation 22/2020").
However, the various policies that are stipulated under the framework of Regulation 22/2020 may continue to be implemented until BI decides to adjust said policies.
