- In order to facilitate activities relating to liquidity provider structured warrants, the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia ("BEI") has issued Decree No. KEP-00286/BEI/08-2023 on the Listing of Additional Structured Warrants ("Listing") to Facilitate Activities Relating to Liquidity Provider Structured Warrants ("Decree 286/2023"), which has been in force since 28 August 2023.
- Additional structured warrants which will be listed must have specifications that are equal to the previous structured warrants, as listed on: 1) Term sheets for the initial issuance of structure warrants, as submitted to the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – "OJK"); or 2) Amendment term sheets which have been reported to the OJK and BEI.
- The maximum outstanding of listed structured warrants includes amounts of circulated structured warrants and a maximum of 50% of total share ownership without warkat under 5% (not including share buybacks that are undertaken by listed companies).
- Issuers are required to take various conditions into consideration whenever issuing additional structured warrants, specifically: 1) Recent market conditions; 2) Reasonable prices for structured warrants; and 3) The importance of former structured warrant holders.
