Export Reference Prices for Agricultural and Forestry Products Set for August 2023

The Minister of Trade has set various applicable export reference prices (harga patokan ekspor – "HPE") for agricultural and forestry products that are subject to export duty for the August 2023 period through the issuance of Decree No. 1303 of 2023 ("Decree 1303/2023"), which has been in force since 1 August 2023.
As detailed under Appendix I to Decree 1303/2023, the provided HPE which will be applicable from 1 August 2023 - 31 August 2023 are for three specific product categories: cacao beans, woods and leather products.
