501 Types of Crypto Assets Now Tradable Through the Physical Crypto-Asset Market

In order to meet the demand for crypto-asset trading and to ensure legal certainty for the general public, the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (“Bappebti”) has issued Regulation No. 4 of 2023 (“Amendment”) on the Amendment to Regulation of Bappebti No. 11 of 2022 on the Determination of the List of Crypto Assets Which Can Be Traded Through the Physical Crypto-Asset Market, which has been in force since 9 June 2023.
In essence, the Amendment has now updated the list of crypto assets which can be traded through the physical market from the original total of 383 types of crypto assets to 501 types of crypto assets. The full list of the abovementioned crypto assets can be accessed under the Appendix to the Amendment.
