OJK Preparing New Regulation on Insurance Products Linked to Credit or Sharia Financing and Products in the Suretyship or Sharia Suretyship Business Lines

The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – "OJK") is currently preparing a Draft Regulation on Insurance Products Linked to Credit or Sharia Financing and Products in the Suretyship or Sharia Suretyship Business Lines ("Draft Regulation"), which is currently undergoing a process of internal deliberation undertaken by the OJK and which may thus be subject to further changes.

The Draft Regulation contains 33 articles spanning 12 chapters that address the following matters:
