Ease of TKDN Certification for Small Industries Now Offered by Minister of Industry

The Ministry of Industry is now offering convenience for small industries in terms of the securing of Domestic Component Level (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri - "TKDN") certification in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Industry No. 46 of 2022 on TKDN Provisions and Calculations for Small-Scale Industries. This convenience encompasses procurements of goods and services by the central and regional governments ("Procurements").
Currently, 38,000 local products that are being produced by small- and medium-scale enterprises have been TKDN certified and can thus be included in the Procurements e-catalog.
Moreover, the government is also offering compensation incentives (insentif penggantian) of up to 300% or super deduction tax for existing industries. _(ANT)
