Deadline for Submission of Financial Statements and Annual Reports of Listed Companies and Issuers Revoked

The Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia has issued Decree No. KEP-00057/BEI/03-2023 ("Decree"), which has now repealed the relaxation policy deadline for the submission of financial reports and annual reports of listed companies and issuers.
As a consequence of the issuance of the Decree, various provisions that addressed the relaxation of the time limit extension that were originally set out under Decree No. Kep-00024/BEI/04-2022 and which regulated: 1) Submissions of financial reports and annual reports; 2) Submissions of financial statements for the first-quarter and financial reports for the third-quarter deadlines; 3) Submission of semi-annual financial statements; and 4) Special notations on listed company codes; have now been repealed and declared no longer valid.
The Decree has been in force since 31 March 2023.
