Overview

The land registry is supposed to offer legal certainty and protections in relation to the rights holders for lands and apartments, as well as other forms of rights over lands. Given that land registration processes are primarily utilized in order to prove the rights of rights holders, the government needs to provide a system that is capable of effectively accommodating this objective. Ultimately, the government should be able to offer its citizens an inclusive and easy-to-access way of retrieving data from the relevant rights holders and should provide a well-ordered land registration system.[1]
