Hospitals Mandated to Provide Information on Hospital Service Tariffs by Uploading Data Through RS Online Application

As mandated under Regulation of the Government No. 47 of 2021 on the Organization of the Hospital Sector and Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 4 of 2018 on the Obligations of Hospitals and Patients, the Director-General of Health Services has issued Circular No. HK.02.02/D/1240/2023 on the Provision of Information on Hospital Service Tariffs ("Circular 1240/2023"), which has been in force since 8 March 2023.
Hospital tariffs are received by hospitals for services that are provided to service users that encompass both service and non-service activities. In this regard, hospitals should immediately provide information on their hospital service tariffs by uploading said information to the RS Online web application at https://sirs.kemkes.go.id/fo by no later than 17 March 2023.
The steps involved in the uploading of hospital service tariff documents through the RS Online application break down as follows: 1) Log in to the RS Online at: https://sirs.kemkes.go.id/fo/login; 2) Select the “Data RS” menu; 3) Click “Update Data” in the “Profile Fasyankes” column; 4) Choose the “Perizinan dan Akreditasi” tab then click “Choose File” on the “Dokumen Tarif Layanan RS” variable; 5) Upload a PDF file of the hospital service tariffs; and 6) Click “Simpan” after the upload has been completed.
