Overview
Recently, the legal spotlight has fallen on the Meikarta project, which is being developed by PT. Mahkota Sentosa Utama (“PT MSU”), a subsidiary of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk. This ongoing case has been hitting new peaks of controversy of late as PT MSU filed a lawsuit against 18 of its consumers demanding a total of Rp. 56 billion in compensation.
