Govt. Adjusts Standard Tariffs for Healthcare Services under Social Security for Health Program

As part of a regular evaluation of the standard healthcare service tariffs (“Tariffs”) that are applicable at First-Level Healthcare Facilities (Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama – “FKTP”) and Advanced Referral Healthcare Facilities (Fasilitas Kesehatan Rujukan Tingkat Lanjutan ­– “FKRTL”), the Minister of Health (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 3 of 2023 on Standard Healthcare Service Tariffs for the Organization of the Social Security for Health Program (“Regulation 3/2023”).[1] At the time of its promulgation, Regulation 3/2023 simultaneously repealed and replaced the following legal frameworks:^[2]
