Continuing from the first part of this two-part edition of Indonesian Law Digest (“ILD”) on Regulation of the Government in Lieu of Law (Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang – “Perppu”) No. 2 of 2022 on Job Creation (“Perppu CK”), which featured comparisons between provisions that address the application of risk-based business licensing, the simplification of basic requirements for business licensing and manpower, the second part of this extended edition of ILD addresses the remaining provisions set out under Perppu CK.
