  • The Governor of DKI Jakarta has issued Decree No. 1124 of 2022 (“Decree 1124/2022”) which extends Level-1 Enforced Community Activity Restrictions (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat – “PPKM”) until 5 December 2022. • In addition to the restrictions that were previously set, it is important to note that the organization of activities related to the World Cup 2022 may be implemented under the following conditions: 1) The organization of said activities must utilize the Jakarta Kini (JAKI) and PeduliLindungi apps and/or proof of vaccination must be provided, while only visitors that fall into the green category in the PeduliLindungi app should be admitted to venues; 2) Individuals that are highly prone to COVID-19 (e.g. senior citizens or people with comorbidities) are prohibited from entering venues; 3) Activities must be organized in open spaces or well-ventilated areas with filters; and 4) Attendants must use masks and masks may only be taken off when eating and drinking, while social distancing and handwashing are also mandated.
