Level-1 PPKM Across Java and Bali to Remain in Force until 7 November 2022

The Minister of Home Affairs ("Minister") has decided to re-extend the implementation of Level-1 Enforced Community Activity Restrictions (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat – "PPKM") across Java and Bali through the issuance of Directive No. 45 of 2022 ("Directive 45/2022"), which will be enforced between 4 October and 7 November 2022.
In essence, Directive 45/2022 sets identical provisions to those that previously featured under Directive of the Minister No. 42 of 2022 ("Directive 42/2022") in terms of the activity restrictions that now apply across areas categorized as under Level-1 PPKM. These restrictions are summarized in the following edition of Daily Updates: “Level-1 PPKM Across Java and Bali Reextended until 3 October 2022”.
