In order to support the acceleration of the battery-powered electric motor vehicles program, as stipulated under Regulation of the President No. 55 of 2019 on the Acceleration of the Battery-Powered Electric Motor Vehicles for Road Transportation Program (“Regulation 55/2019”),[1] the Minister of Transportation (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. PM 15 of 2022 on the Conversion of Motor Vehicles Other Than Motorcycles with Combustion Engines to Battery-Powered Electric Motor Vehicles (“Regulation 15/2022”),[2] which addresses the following specific matters:
