Types and Tariffs of Non-Tax State Revenue Applicable at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Revised

Regulation of the Government No. 26 of 2022 (“Regulation 26/2022”) has been issued and revises the types and tariffs of non-tax state revenue (penerimaan negara bukan pajak – “PNBP”) applicable at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (“Ministry”). These adjustments will come into force on 15 September 2022 and will replace the current regime for PNBP types and tariffs applicable at the Ministry, as set out under Regulation of the Government No. 81 of 2019.[1]
