OJK Sets Out Provisions on the Maintenance and Monitoring of the LPEI's Soundness Level

The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – “OJK”) has updated the legal framework for the supervision of the Indonesian Export Financing Institution (Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia – “LPEI”) through the issuance of Regulation No. 9/POJK.05/2022 (“Regulation 9/2022”). These matters were previously addressed under Regulation of the OJK No. 40/POJK.05/2015 (“Regulation 40/2015”), which has now been replaced and repealed as the various provisions that it contained are no longer relevant.[1]
