Government Sets KBLI Requirements for Distribution of BBM, BBG and LPG

The Director-General of Oil and Gas at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has issued Circular No. 13.E/MG.05/DJM/2022 on the Organization of the Distribution of Oil Fuel (Bahan Bakar Minyak – "BBM"), Gas Fuel (Bahan Bakar Gas – "BBG") and Liquefied Petroleum Gas ("LPG") Through Distributors and Sub-Distributors of 3 Kilogram LPG Cylinders ("Circular").
The circular states that in order to engage in distribution, the following Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia – "KBLI") codes are applicable to relevant business actors:
