- PT Bursa Efek Indonesia ("BEI") recently issued Circular No. SE-00003/BEI/04-2022 of 2022 ("Circular") on the Submission of Application Documents for Electronic Recording Through the Integrated Licensing and Registration System of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – "OJK"). The Circular states that companies who are aiming to be recorded should submit their documents through the Integrated Licensing and Registration System (Sistem Perizinan dan Registrasi Terintegrasi – "SPRINT") of the OJK.
- Specifically, any companies operating within the banking sector that are aiming to submit recording applications should submit their documents in line with the following procedures: 1) Documents should be submitted directly or via email to the BEI; 2) The submission of certain documents may be completed through email, CD, hard disk or other media; and 3) BEI will issue the relevant documents by delivering them directly to the offices of applicant companies or through the email addresses of said companies.
- The Circular has been in force since 11 April 2022.
