PT KPEI Revokes Regulation on Clearing and Option Contract Transaction Settlement Guarantees

As a follow-up to the termination of the trading of Stock Option Contracts (Kontrak Opsi Saham) and the Jakarta Option Trading System service, as specifically addressed under Decree of the Director of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00005/BEI/01-2022, PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia ("KPEI") has now decided to revoke Regulation of KPEI No. IV on Clearing and Option Contract Transaction Settlement Guarantees ("Regulation IV") through the issuance of Decree of the Board of Directors of PT KPEI No. KEP-002/DIR/KPEI/0222 ("Decree 2/2022"). As a consequence, Regulation IV has now been declared invalid.
Decree 2/2022 has been in force since 14 February 2022.
