New Procedure on the Initiation of Domestic Cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry

The Minister of Environment and Forestry (“Minister”) has finally issued Regulation No. 3 of 2022 on Domestic Cooperation (“Regulation 3/2022”), which is aiming to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and orderliness of domestic cooperation between the Ministry of the Environment of Forestry (“Ministry”) and its partners.[1] At the time of its promulgation, Regulation 3/2022 simultaneously repealed and replaced Regulation of the Minister No. P.78/MENLHK-SETJEN/2015 (“Regulation 78/2015”) as the new legal framework for the initiation of domestic cooperation policies by the Ministry.[2]
