- Following the issuance of Decree of the Governor of DKI Jakarta No. 1122 of 2021, the Head of the Office of Manpower, Transmigration and Energy for the Special Capital Region of Jakarta ("Manpower Office") recently issued Decree No. 2564 of 2021 on Protocols for the Prevention and Mitigation of COVID-19 Within Offices/Workplaces, State-Owned Enterprises and Regionally Owned Enterprises (collectively referred to as “Offices”) During the Implementation of Level-3 Enforced Community Activity Restrictions for the Mitigation of Corona Virus Disease 2019 ("Decree 2564/2021").
- Offices that do not fall into essential and critical sectors may now operate at a 25% Work from Office (WFO) capacity in relation to employees that have been vaccinated through the mandatory use of the PeduliLindungi at all points of entry and exit.
- Moreover, Decree 2564/2021 sets several requirements that apply to the hospitality industry in relation to non-COVID-19 handling, specifically: 1) Must use the PeduliLindungi application to screen employees; and 2) Only visitors that fall into the green and yellow categories within the PeduliLindungi application are permitted to enter.
- Decree 2564/2021 has been in force since 21 September 2021.
