PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Temporarily Adjusts Costs of Initial Share Listings and Additional Share Listings

In order to support the capital-market industry during the ongoing Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the Director of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia recently issued Decree No. KEP-00069/BEI/08-2021 on the Special Policy for the Costs of Initial Share Listings and Additional Share Listings (“Decree”) as an intended stimulus for listed companies and listed company candidates.
The provided stimulus takes the form of a 50% reduction in the costs of initial share listings and additional share listings. The original costs for these services are specified under the rules of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia.
However, it is important to note that the abovementioned cost reductions are only being implemented in relation to the listing of shares and the listing of additional shares which are billed by the stock exchange between 30 August 2021 and 30 December 2021.
The Decree is in effect from 30 August until 30 December 2021.
