New Guidelines for Government Procurements of Goods/Services Through Providers

The National Public Procurement Agency (Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah – "LKPP") has issued Regulation No. 12 of 2021 on Guidelines for Government Procurements of Goods/Services Through Providers ("Regulation 12/2021").
This regulation stipulates various guidelines that have to be complied with in relation to government procurements of goods/services. Said guidelines address the following areas: 1) Preparation of goods/services; 2) Designation of providers; 3) Implementation of the said designations through tenders/selections; 4) Preparation and implementation of said designations through e-purchasing, direct designations, direct procurements and fast tenders; 5) Consolidation; 6) Implementation of contracts; and 7) Deliveries.
The complete set of guidelines is set out under Appendices I - VI to Regulation 12/2021.
Regulation 12/2021 has been in force since 2 June 2021.
