Integration of Emissions Monitoring into SISPEK Regulated

Pursuant to Regulation of the Government No. 22 of 2021 on the Organization of Environmental Protection and Management (“Regulation 22/2021”),[1] persons-in-charge (“PIC”) of businesses and/or activities must integrate their emissions monitoring into the continuous industrial monitoring information system if they are required to implement automatic and continuous emission monitoring. In this regard,[2] the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“Minister”) has now issued Regulation No. 13 of 2021 (“Regulation 13/2021”) which contains a number of provisions that specifically address the following matters:
